Gracie's Story

Grace Mary Flood (Rivas) was a loving and devoted mother. She raised 6 children in Cornell, Wisconsin and was affectionately known as Gracie by those closest to her. Often times, Grace made dinner rolls and pies for the restaurants in and around Cornell. Gracie’s Toffee was a special treat that was made each Holiday Season for family and friends.

Unfortunately, Gracie is no longer with us today. She passed away in February, 1990. The response to her toffee has been so incredible that we thought we would introduce the world to Gracie’s Toffee
